| Sift the flour, baking powder, bicarb, salt and sugar into bowl, stir in yogurt and bind to a smooth, soft dough, adding a little water if necessary. Shape into a loaf and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 190 degrees C (375 F), gas mark 5, for about 40 minutes or till the base sounds hollow when tapped. | |
